Which lost units are about to age out of your claim window?

Drop your Inventory Ledger export (and your Reimbursements report, if you have it) and see, unit by unit, what still looks unclaimed and how many days are left in the claim window (typically 60 days — confirm your marketplace's policy in Seller Central).

Your file never leaves this device. Every calculation runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded to Limonene or anyone else.

Seller Central: Reports → Fulfillment → Inventory → Inventory Ledger → Detailed view.

Adding this lets us subtract units Amazon already paid you back for.

This is an estimate computed from the file you provided, using Amazon's published reason codes and a claim window of typically 60 days (that is Amazon.com's policy since October 23, 2024 — confirm your own marketplace's policy in Seller Central; it may differ). It is not a guarantee of what Amazon will pay, and it does not file anything on your behalf. Amazon's own Manage FBA Inventory → Investigate tool is the final word on any specific unit. Limonene is not affiliated with Amazon.

How this is computed

We read every "Adjustments" row in your ledger with a negative quantity and a reason that means lost, damaged or disposed, then look for a matching positive quantity on the same FNSKU within 7 days either way — that pattern is a warehouse transfer, not a loss, so it is excluded.

If you also upload your Reimbursements report, we subtract any units Amazon already paid you back for on that FNSKU within the typical 60-day window of the loss.

What is left is grouped by FNSKU, and the claim window (typically 60 days — confirm your marketplace's policy in Seller Central) is counted from the ledger's own event date — the oldest surviving event in a SKU decides how many days it has left.

Frequently asked questions

Does my file get uploaded anywhere?

No. This page reads your file with your browser's own file API and does every calculation in JavaScript running on your device. Nothing is sent to Limonene's servers or anyone else's.

Why does a unit disappear from the list even though it looks lost?

Either a matching positive adjustment showed up on the same FNSKU within 7 days (usually a warehouse transfer, not a real loss), or your Reimbursements report shows Amazon already paid you back for it. Both are correct outcomes, not bugs.

What do I do with the "copy claim text" once I have it?

Paste it into Amazon's FBA inventory reimbursement case, under Manage FBA Inventory → Investigate, or wherever your marketplace's current Seller Central layout puts it. Filing always happens inside your own Seller Central account.
